Our PROCESS

First we most Identify the carpet fiber we are working with to use the most efficient cleaning pre-spray to obtain the best results.

* Ask questions such as:

 - Age of Carpet

 - When was the last cleaning

 - Cleaning method used

 - Has carpet protectant been re-applied to the carpet

 - Particular staining

This questions help us set expectations with customer to better explain and prepare them for the results we are most likely to achieve.

Protect home with corner guards and moving blankets.

Carpet must be pre-vac before appointment to achieve the highest quality however we can assist with vacuuming if needed; easier to remove dry soil then trying to remove mud,

Pre-spray and pre treatment of stains. (We can’t promise 100% removal of stains as some stains will permanently dye the carpet fibers but we can promise you that we will try everything their is to deliver the best results)

Electric counter rotational brush to agitate the carpet fibers and loosen up all dirt and stains and bringing to the surface all dirt and debri that top vacuums aren’t able to reach.

Steam water extraction that extracts the water as we clean.

Multiple air movers for the best drying times in the industry. (4 to 8 hours) drying times depend on dirt levels and weather conditions.

Final walkthrough to explain the results of the cleaning and make sure you are happy with the results.

Pick up equipment and make sure house is left as clean or cleaner then before.

Do you move furniture?

We ask customers to move furniture prior to us arriving to the appointment, however we are able to move light furniture. Example of things that stay in place would be bed frames, tv stands, bookshelves, dressers, sectional, etc.

What is considered an area?

  • Stairs
  • Hall
  • Bedroom (includes walk in)
  • Living room
  • Dining room
  • Family room

* * Any area over 300 sq. Ft. Will be considered an oversize room (2 areas).

Drying Time

4 to 8 hours. Drying time will depend on weather conditions, humidity and airflow. It is not necessary to stay off the carpet while it is drying.

Our products neutralizes odors by binding, bonding, encapsulating, and absorbing odors completely getting rid of any bacteria causing the smells.

Pet Odor Removal

Urine is a distinctive cocktail composed of hormones, bacteria, uric acid and ammonia. Urine begins in an acidic state and is sterile until it leaves the body . Upon exit the urine picks up small amounts of bacteria from the urethra, along with microorganisms found on the skin and in the carpet. A warm, acidic environment is the perfect breeding ground for these biological contaminants.

Carpet Protectant

The latest technology to deliver the very best levels of protection available. Not only does it protect against oil- and water-based spills, as well as dry soils, it also protects fibers from the toughest dye stains from the inside out. a totally new formula that represents the cutting edge of carpet protectors today.

It uses state-of-the-art, environmentally safe fluorochemical technology to protect against damaging dry soils as well as both water-based and oil-based spills. But the real key is how  it coats fibers with a stain barrier to protect them from difficult dye stains from the inside out.

Traditional protectors rely on a repellent barrier across the top of carpeting to protect carpet fibers. And while such protectors perform well, especially when spills are cleaned up immediately, once a spill penetrates the barriers of repellent protectors they immediately bond to the fiber, creating difficult to remove stains.
